This extremely well-equipped apartment dates back to the 16th Century and successfully combines the original stone work and features, with modern day facilities. The 30m2 roof terrace is completely private and comes with a large patio table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ.
Inside the apartment features air conditioning, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room and comfortable bedroom. Available for monthly rentals from October to May from €700 per month + bills.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful stone town house. You approach the apartment via a curved stone staircase, which has remained unchanged for over 400 years.
- There is a large open plan living room with spacious lounge, dining area and modern kitchen. The living room features and double height ceiling and stone fireplace.
- The kitchen comes with an oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee percolator, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
- The dining table can set 6 people and looks out over the terrace.
- The lounge comes with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (which folds out to form a double bed). There is a large flat screen TV.
- The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and washing machine.
- The bedroom contains a double bed, bedside cabinets and an antique wardrobe.
Outside:
The 30m2 roof terrace has lovely views of the original stone tower which once formed part of this impressive town house. The terrace is not overlooked and is comes with a large patio table and chairs, parasol, sun loungers and a BBQ. The terrace enjoys full sun during the day, with plenty of shaded corners.
The Watchtower is accessed via a small circular stone staircase. There is a sofa in the Watchtower and this is a lovely quiet space to enjoy a good book or a glass of wine in the evening. The uninterupted views over Pezenas are amazing.

Although right in the centre of Pezenas, the apartment is quiet and calm. The private terrace is a lovely space to relax in. The apartment comes with air conditioning and all the modern facilities that you will need.

Area activities
Apartment Canabasserie is located just a few steps from Place Gambetta, the imposing central square in Pezenas. The local street, Rue Canabasserie was once the site of a local hemp factory, producing garments, ropes and soap for the town.
Pezenas is one of the most beautiful towns in the South of France. The medieval town centre is a real delight to walk around. Pezenas has an amazing Saturday market, which takes over the whole town. There is a good choice of restaurants, cafes and bars.
The Mediterranean beaches are 20 mins away.

Stunning apartment
This is a stunning apartment with a large roof terrace right in the centre of Pezenas. The apartment is very secure and private - with no over-looking neighbours.In addition to the apartment you also have use of the 16th Century watchtower where you can sit and read (or work). Inside the apartment has plenty of charm and is well-equipped.
One month's deposit to be paid at time of reservation. Rent to be paid in advance prior to arrival for rentals of 3 months or less. For rentals in excess of 3 months, the rent is to be paid on the 1st day of each month. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €200 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes.
Minimum stay is normally 3 months.
