The villa is laid out on one leve and comprises 120m² of living space. 

• The main entrance leads directly into the large open plan living room
• The lounge area is fitted with large sofa with chaise longue, corner unit, drinks cabinet, console unit and air conditioning unit (reversible  - providing heat in winter). There is a very fast fibre internet connection and a TV with over 200 channels.
• The newly fitted kitchen comes with very large island, extra wide induction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, oven and microwave. The kitchen comes with ample storage and plenty of plates, bowls, saucepans, cutlery, utensils. From the kitchen a set of French windows lead out to the pool terrace.
• There is a dining area with an extendable dining table with 6 chairs. French windows lead out onto the dining terrace and pool area.
• There is a utility room (which has a freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, storage cupboards and door to the Office)
• There is an Office/Bedroom 4 which currently has a desk, office chair and filing unit. It has previously been used as a bedroom, and can accommodate a double bed. From this room there is a door to the garden.
• The Master bedroom comes with a Queen-size double bed (160cm x 200cm) with storage underneath. There is a dressing room with full height built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, shoe cupboard and chest of drawers.
