This restored 17th century coach inn is located in the heart of the famous wine village of Pommard, just 4 km from Beaune in Burgundy, France. This long term rental property comes with beautiful views towards the local Chateau and its landscaped gardens. Pommard is nestled amongst some of the World's finest vineyards and its Premier Cru wines are among the finest Burgundy wines produced.
The property comes with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. There is private courtyard with the property, as well as a secure off road parking place.
Available for long term rentals from October to May from €1650 per month + bills. Rentals maybe accepted during the summer months, but higher prices will apply.

The property is located on the first and second floors of the oak framed coach house and provides 100m2/1,050 sq feet of living space. The property overlooks a private courtyard at the front.
First floor
- You enter into the spacious living room. The living room features massive oak beams and exposed brickwork. There is a comfortable leather sofa, armchairs, Flat screen TV with DVD player and solid wooden floors.
- In the corner of the living room, under the main staircase, there is a desk/home working area. This long term rental property also comes with free international phone calls and broadband Internet access.
- The kitchen is located a few steps up from the living room and comes with stunning views over the Chateau and its gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. There is also a washer and a dryer. Cooking utensils are provided.
- The spacious dining area can seat up to 4 people.
- There is a family bathroom with bath tub, shower and double sinks. There is a separate toilet
Second floor
On the second floor here are two bedrooms with exposed oak beams and an office space.
- The Master Bedroom is a large room furnished with a comfortable king size bed.
- Bedroom 2 contains two single beds.

Les Epenots can accommodate up to 4 people and is available for long term rentals throughout the year from €900 + bills. There is a monthly provision of €200 towards the utility bills and local taxes. Please note that higher prices will apply for shorter rental periods and rentals during the summer months.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Due to allergies, the Owner does not accept pets.

Les Epenots provides spacious and comfortable accommodation in the heart of the famous Burgundy wine village of Pommard. The property is available to rent all year round and provides direct views over the local Chateau. The property provides easy access to the town of Beaune (an UNESCO World Heritage Site). Burgundy, is located in the center of France, south east of Paris, and is one of the wealthiest regions of France, famous wine and cuisine.

Pommard is situated 4km south of Beaune along the Route des Grands Crus. The village is famous for its Côte de Beaune wine production. Each year 130,000 cases are produced from 337 hectares, making it the second biggest Burgundy wine area (by production) after Beaune. 135 hectares of Pommards vineyards are dedicated to the production of is high quality Premier Cru, of which Les Epenots and Les Rugiens are the most notable.

Driving directions
On the A6 Paris - Lyon highway, take exit #24. When reaching the N74 towards Chalon-sur-Saône, take the D973 runs through the village of Poomard from Beaune (direction Saisy and Autun). The Property is located in the heart of the village, 400m after leaving the main road on D973, right in the heart of the village.
