This lovely 3 bed Cote d´Azur apartment in Ste Maxime, is available for long term rentals from October through to May. This first-floor apartment is located in the charming beachside resort of Sainte-Maxime, close to St Tropez. The apartment is just a few minutes´ walk to the beach in Ste Maxime and it is very close to the Marina and the restaurants and shops in the Old Town. This long term rental apartment has an open-plan layout and high ceilings throughout. The apartment comes with air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, private parking and a shaded balcony. The owner will accept small dogs through prior agreement.

This light and spacious apartment is located on the first floor of an old town house, situated on a quiet street. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard. 

You access the apartment through the front gates of the garden and up a small garden path to the main entrance of the apartment building. There is exclusive use of one parking space right outside the apartment, with further free parking located nearby (200m). The apartment also has a side entrance up to the small balcony.

Inside, the apartment benefits from a lovely open plan living room, with stylish furniture, an original fireplace and TV. Just off the lounge there is the beautiful kitchen which come equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave and plenty of pots and pans, dishes and cutlery.

The apartment comes with 3 good sized bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a Queen size bed. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a Double bed and also has access out to the small balcony at the side of the apartment. Bedroom 3 contains twin beds. 

The apartment comes equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, a hair dryer, towels and bedsheets.

Outside: there is a small balcony at the side of the apartment where you can enjoy an alfresco meal or a morning coffee. There is a further balcony at the front of the apartment, by the entrance. There is a garden at the front of the apartment building (which is divided into sections for use by each apartment).

The prices for this Sainte Maxime apartment are monthly and do not include the utility bills. There is a monthly provision of €150 towards the bills. The apartment is available for monthly rentals between October and May. Minimum stay is 3 months. Prices quoted are based on a 6 month stay.

Area activities

Sainte Maxime is a charming beach resort in South France. This famous French Riviera resort has a little bit of everything: great beaches, restaurants, shops, historic buildings in the Old Town and lots going on all year around. You can catch a regular boat service across the bay to St Tropez.

There is a great free beach near the tourist office and also some lovely private beaches with beach clubs and restaurants attached. 

Just down the road from the apartment is the wonderful covered market which is open daily and full of local produce and gourmet treats to enjoy on the terrace back at the apartment.

Nearby there are many wonderful restaurants in the Old Town, including La Maison Bleu and Cafe de France. With great food and friendly staff, they are quite reasonably priced. There are also lots of great pizza restaurants where you can also get takeaway and be back at the apartment in a few minutes.

The booking terms for this Ste Maxime apartment for long term rentals in Cote d´Azur, are as follows:

One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation. Rent to be paid at the start of each month. References maybe required.

In addition to the rent there is a monthly provision of €150 towards the utility bills (electricity, water and internet). The provision will be revised up or down at the end of each quarter, based on actual consumption.

The Owner may accept one small dog through prior agreement.
