This large villa near St Tropez provides comfortable living for an extended family and group of friends. The villa features air conditioning in the main living rooms and 4 of the bedrooms. There is WiFi throughout and Satellite TV channels.

Ground floor

• The beautiful living room is a large, comfortable space in the heart of the villa. The lounge comes with a large corner sofa, wood-burning stove and bi-fold patio doors which provide direct access to the outdoor lounge.
• The large fitted-kitchen contains a large range oven with gas hob; dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave, espresso machine, large American fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space
• The dining room flows from the kitchen to the main living room. There is a long dining table which can seat 8-10 people. The dining room has two sets of French windows which provide access out onto the main terrace and the garden.
• Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom which features and a king-size double bed (200cm x 200cm) and en suite bathroom (with free-standing bath, walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet). French windows provide direct access out to the pool and garden.
• Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom ideal for children. The bedroom contains bunk beds and a large flat screen TV. Patio doors provide access to the pool and terrace.
• Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom.

First floor

From the dining room a (narrow) staircase provides access to the first floor:

• The Master bedroom is a beautiful suite featuring a king-size bed (200cm x 200cm) and open plan en suite bathroom. The bathroom contains a free-standing bath with overhead shower, a walk-in power shower, twin wash basins and toilet. French windows provide access onto a large upper terrace, with views over the pool and garden. There is a large flat screen TV in the bedroom.
• Bedroom 5 is a good size bedroom containing a double bed (140cm x 200cm). French windows provide access out onto the upper terrace.
• Bedroom 6 is a nice double bedroom (135cm x 190cm)
• There is a bathroom containing a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC

Outside: The villa is set on a large plot with a fully enclosed mature garden.

• there is an outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool with a large barbecue, wine fridge for outside drinks, a bar area, sink and plenty of workspace for food preparation.
• the beautiful private swimming pool is irregular in shape and has a waterfall. Next to the pool there are lounge chairs and two large day beds for sunbathing. 
• the outdoor lounge features a long oak dining table and a large corner sofa, set on a hardwood deck. There is outdoor lighting and the terrace is covered by an abri featuring bamboo matting to provide shade.
• There is parking for several cars behind a gated entrance

Villa long term rentals St Tropez - prices

The monthly rental prices do not include the utility bills. There is a monthly provision of €450 towards the electricity, water, internet and communal taxes. Minimum stay 2 months. The prices will vary according to the length of your stay. Not available for monthly rentals between June to September.
