The farmhouse comprises 250m2 of living accommodation and is laid out over 2 floors. Inside the property features exposed wooden beams, and white-washed walls.

Ground floor

• The open plan living room features a dining area, kitchen, sitting room and fireplace
• The kitchen comes equipped with a large range cooker, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave and a washing machine.
• The lovely dining area is framed by the exposed timber beams. It comes with a solid wood dining table and chairs, antique dresser and stereo.
• The sitting area comes with a leather sofa, arm chairs, a working inset fireplace and a small desk.
• Next to the living room there is a separate lounge which features a flat screen TV, wood burner, 2 large sofas, antique dresser and fitted book shelves. The lounge provides access out to the garden.

First floor

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

• Bedroom 1 contains a large double bed, exposed beams and views out over the garden.
• Bedroom 2 is fitted with a double bed and chest of drawers.
• Bedroom 3 comes with 3 single beds.
• Bedroom 4 has a double bed.
• Bathroom 1 comes with a bath, overhead shower, wash basin and toilet
• Bathroom 2 features a large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

Outside:

There is a large garden with sun terrace and barbecue facilities. There is private parking for 2 cars. There is a games room with table tennis table.

This farmhouse in Inxent, Pas-de-Calais, can be rented on a monthly basis between October to June. The monthly prices do not include the utility bills (electricity, water, heating, WiFi and communal taxes). There is a monthly provision of €350 towards the utility bills. Minimum stay is 3 months.
