Two months´ security deposit, to be paid at time of reservation. Rent to be paid in advance at the start of each month. All bed linen and towels provided (excluding beach and pool towels). The utility bills are to be paid in addition to the monthly rent. There is a monthly provision of €450 towards the utility bills. Bank references may be required.
