South of France house long term rent - Facilities:

This is a traditional French house in the village of Magalas is laid out over 2 floors. The house is located on a fully enclosed plot, with lockable gates, driveway, garden, terrace and private pool. The house comes with central heating.

First floor

The main living accommodation is located on the first floor. An external staircase leads up to the covered porch and Front door.

• The entrance hall provides access to the 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and lounge
• The lounge is 13m2 and is fitted with 2 sofas and 2 Regal armchairs. There is a small TV which can be connected to internet TV channels.
• The large kitchen also contains the dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, large fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space, both in cupboards and the large antique dresser
• Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom which looks out over the front of the house. The bedroom comes with a wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets. The bedroom is 13m2
• Bedroom 2 features two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside table. The bedroom looks out over the back garden and pool. The bedroom is 13m2.
• The bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and shower

Ground floor

The ground floor living area is accessed via a large set of French windows, which let light flood in to the rooms:

• Bedroom 3 is fitted with a large double bed (180cm x 200cm + small single bed (for a child). There is a wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables.
• Bedroom 4 contains a Futon sofa bed. This room can easily be converted into a home office or art studio.
• The bathroom comes with a toilet, shower enclosure, wash basin, washing machine and storage

Outside: the garden surrounds the house on four sides.The front garden has two private areas to breakfast, have a drink or take the sun towards the end of the day. The rear garden contains a large sun terrace with pergola, table and chairs and sun loungers. There is a large swimming pool (10m X 4M) which is salt water pool and has a tiled terrace surrounding it. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. The garden is landscaped with trees, lawn, bushes and plants and gets the sun for much of the day.

South of France long term rentals - Prices:

The long term rental prices for this house in Magalas, South of France, are monthly and based on a minimum stay of 3 months. The prices do not include the utility bills (there is a monthly provision of €200 towards the electricity, water, internet and central heating). The house is available for long term rentals from October to May/June. Higher monthly prices may apply during May and June. The property is not normally available for long term rentals during July to September.

The house can be rented either as a 2 bedroom property (first floor only) or as a combined 4 bedroom property.

Long term rental (4 bedrooms, first and ground floor): from €1000 per month + bills
