This 3 bedroom long term furnished rental property in South of France is a modern villa equipped with UK satellite TV and WiFi broadband internet access. The villa comfortably sleeps 6 people and also comes with a swimming pool, terrace, a large garden and parking for 2 cars. Located on the edge of the village of Laurens near Beziers in the South of France, this is an ideal location for an exteneded holiday or house hunting.
Available for long term rentals between October to April from €800 per month + bills. Minimum stay is 3 months. Pets maybe accepted through prior agreement of the Owner.

This furnished long term villa rental is laid out all on one level:
- The open plan living room contains the dining area and lounge.
- The lounge has comfortable seating for up to 7 people with French doors opening out onto the covered patio and leading to the pool area and garden.
- The dining table can seat 6-8 people.
- The fitted kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
- Leading off from the living room there are 3 double bedrooms (bedroom 3 sleeps 3 in a double bed with single bunk bed over). All bedrooms have fans and fitted wardrobes with ample storage.
- There is a bathroom with shower and wash basin. There is a separate WC.
Outside: there is a lovely swimming pool (7m x 4m). The villa is equipped with parasols and loungers. The large Mediterranean garden is fully enclosed with mature plants, flowers (many rosebushes), fruit trees (apple, apricot, cherry & olive) and herbs. There are 2 patios – one semi-shaded for dining and one completely shaded for the mornings and afternoons.There is enough off-road and secure parking for 2 cars.

Last visited: September 2021. This furnished villa in Laurens is a wonderful long term rental, with garden and terrace and pool (seasonal.) The property has wifi and Uk TV and comfortable accommodation for 6 people. The charming village of Laurens is the ideal spot whether an extended holiday or you are house hunting in the South of France. Ideally situated on the edge of the village, the villa is very private and there is no feeling of being overlooked. It is peaceful and calm without being isolated.

Area activities
This long term furnished let property in South of France is located in the wine producing village of Laurens. The village itself is just a 2 minute walk away. There is a newsagent, two bakeries, cafe bar, pharmacy and well-stocked and friendly grocery store. For wine lovers, there is an excellent wine outlet approximately 1 km from the village.
A pleasant 2km walk away through the vineyards is the ´Chateau de Grezan´ - a fortified chateauwhich houses a superb restaurant. An excellent supermarket is 10 mins drive away in the neighbouring village of Magalas, which also has three good restaurants, two cafe bars and further shops.
There are activities for everyone in the region. For those who enjoy water, the villa is located approximately 30 min drive from the Mediterranean coast, with its beautiful beaches such as Valros, Vendres, Serignan and Portiragnes. There is also river swimming and kayaking in Reals (20 min) or why not just stroll along the Canal du Midi (30 mins.)
Cap d´Agde ( 45 min) and enjoy its nightclubs, harbour- side restaurants, further beaches,water sports, boat trips, golf and big water park. The bustling fishing port of Sete is a charming andpopular place to visit also in the evening and is famous for its excellent fish restaurants and waterjousting festival.
The wonderful town of Pezenas is 20 mins away - a beautiful medieval town with period architecture, artisan shops, winding streets and a wonderful Saturday market. The cathedral city of Beziers (20 min) is where to head for hypermarkets, further restaurants and barsand modern shopping facilities.

There is a TGV train station in Beziers. A local bus service runs from Laurens to Beziers.
