Nizas itself is a pretty little village surrounded by vineyards. The historic town of Pezenas is just 5 mins away and the Mediterranean beaches are 25 mins. Available for long term rentals between September to June from €950 pcm + bills. Pets maybe accepted through prior agreement.

The villa is laid out all one level. The large open plan living room featurs a spacious lounge, dining area and kitchen.
- The lounge comes with a comforable sofa and armchair, a flat screen TV with UK channels. a functional wood burning stove and patio doors which provide access to the terrace and back garden.
- The kitchen is basic but functional and it comes with a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, and dishwasher.
- There is a washing machine in the garage, along with a dryer, and additional beer fridge.
- The villa has WIFI internet throughout.
- The villa comes with 3 double bedrooms (one of which is closed off for the storage of the Owner's belongings). 1 of the bedrooms comes with a king size double bed (which can be separated to form twin beds), the other contains twin beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobe closets.
- There is a family bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet.
Outside: - there is a lovely private pool (10m x 5m) which is surrounded by a large sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers The swimming pool area is totally private. Next to the pool there is a covered terrace with patio furniture and a large gas BBQ. The villa is surrounded by a walled garden featuring mature Mediterranean plants. There is parking for 2 cars.

Last visited October 2021. This lovely 2 bed villa in South of France is perfect for a long term rental for 6-12 months. The villa comes with UK television, WiFi, private parking and a lovely swimming pool. Comfortable accommodation for 6 people all on one level, so ideal for the elderly or very young. Easy walking distance into the centre of the village to fetch your morning baguette or to buy wine for lunch.

There you will find great food shops, restaurants and a lively market every Saturday. To the south of Nizas are the wide sandy beaches of the Mediterranean (25km), stretching endlessly either side of Cap d`Agde. The picturesque ports of Sete, Meze and Marseillan have excellent seafood restaurants. To the north are the wild and dramatic hills and gorges of the Languedoc National Park where you can trek, swim and canoe. To the southwest are the bustling towns of Bezier (25km) and Narbonne (50km) both heavy with history. Finally towards the East is Montpellier, the most vibrant and cosmopolitan city in the region - voted the city where most French people would like to live. Just a little further on are the fascinating towns of Arles and Nimes.
Nizas itself has a post office, grocers, bakers and bar that serves snacks.
