This Provence house for long term rent in France comes with its own private swimming pool, garden, 4 bedrooms and stunning views. It is situated in a friendly residential area on the outskirts of the hilltop village of Pierrevert, close to the popular town of Manosque in Haut Provence.
The house is available for long term rentals for 6-12 months from €2,000 per month + bills.

This spacious 4 bedroom house provides 231 M2 of living space over 3 floors and is located on a large plot of 1676 M2. The main entrance is at the back of the house.
First floor
You enter the property onto the middle floor (first floor). There is a large open plan living room with 3 sets of patio windows providing access to a large patio. The patio leads onto the swimming pool. There is a large spiral staircase which takes you down to the ground floor and up to the second floor.
- There is a double bedroom to the left of the entrance with an en-suite shower and toilet. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes.

- The lounge is divided into 2 area - a formal sitting area and a snug/TV room.

- The fully-fitted kitchen is next to the living room. The kitchen comes with a central island, large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage and a good range of cooking utensils.

There are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom on the upper floor of the house.

- There is a double bedroom (which can also be used as a library/office). This room has sliding patio doors which lead you out directly onto the lower patio.
Outside: The pool is 9m x 4.5m and has Roman steps for easy access. Besides the pool, there is a large sun terrace with lovely views over the local countryside.
The house is detached with Olive trees on the left hand side as you come up the main entrance drive to the parking area at the back of the house. There is a large space for parking 2 vehicles and more if required.

This house in Provence is available for long term rent for 6-12 months. The rental prices will vary according to the length of your stay and the season. The prices do not include the utility bills (there is a monthly provision of €300 towards the electricity, water, internet and communal taxes). Minimum stay is 6 months.

The house provides very comfortable accommodation for a family or a couple with lots of visiting friends & family. The surrounding towns and villages in this part of Provence are very pretty, with lots of local markets and restaurants to explore.
The house is also very handy for visiting Aix-en-Provence, as well as access to the TGV and Marseille airport.

Area activities
The hill-top village of Pierrevert is located on the border between the Vaucluse and Alpes de Haute Provence departments in the Luberon National Park. The village provides easy access by car or local bus to the old town of Manosque, which provides many supermarkets, out-of-town stores and boutique shops. Other local villages to visit include Sainte-Tulle (5 km), Montfuron (7 km), Corbières-en-Provence (8 km) and La Bastide-des-Jourdans (11 km).
Pierrevert is located in the Luberon national park, just 40 mins drive from Aix-en-Provence and 1 hour from the Mediterranean coast. The village is famous for its local Rosé wines and for its international photography festival (Nuits Photographiques de Pierrevert) held every year.
The local area provides some excellent local cycling routes. The village has the only 18 hole golf course in the Luberon (at Golf du Luberon) just a few minutes drive away. There is also horse-riding nearby. It´s truly a slice of Provencal life. The perched village of Pierrevert, which hosts the only 18-hole golf course within the Luberon´s borders, lies 5 kilometres east of the property, and La Bastide des Jourdans is the same distance to the west. Marseille airport is an hour´s drive.
