- The open-plan living room contains a feature stone wall and exposed wooden beams. The living room leads out to the patio and garden.
- There is a lounge with TV and two sofas.
- The dining table can seat up to 9 people.
- The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor, Nespresso and tea-making machine.
First Floor
The first floor contains 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All bedrooms come with large wardrobes. There is air conditioning in hallway.
- Bedroom 2 features a lovely carved wooded double bed (140cm). There is also a cot. The bedroom has electric blinds.
- Bedroom 3 has a King-size double bed (180cm). The bed can be separated to form 2 twin beds. The bedroom has electric blinds.
- Bedroom 4 contains 2 single beds with pull-out beds beneath. To sleep up to 4. Ideal for kids/teenagers.
- Bedroom 5 comes with 2 single beds.
- Separate WC and bathroom with double sink, shower, bidet and bathtub with shower fitting.
Outside
- The enclosed garden contains a securely fenced pool area, a paved patio and mature trees and ivy hedges.
- There is a large south-facing roof terrace with views over the village. The terrace is access from the first floor.

This lovely long term let property is located at the end of a tiny lane, just a few steps from the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO listed World Heritage Site. Poilhes village is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. It is easy to spend a few hours sat at a local cafe watching the canal boats float past. Cycling along the tree-lined tow-paths of the Canal du Midi is also great fun.
In Poilhes you’ll find three restaurants with different offerings. In the nearby villages nearby (within 5 km from the house) there are a big selection of eating possibilities.
In Poilhes there is a Wine bar called Vinauberge where you can try local wines.
Close to Poilhes, you will find some excellent beaches within a 20 minute drive. The beaches at Vias Plage, Portirangues Plage and Serignan Plage all have waterside restaurants and cafes.
The historic town of Beziers is just 10 minutes away and is the capital of this wine producing area and a rugby-mad town. The Friday flower market in Beziers takes place along the beautiful tree-lined main boulevard and is probably the best in the whole of Languedoc.
Golf courses nearby at Beziers and Cap d´Agde.
