Inside, the villa is very spacious (180m2) and comes with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, large living room and a games room. The villa is mainly laid out on one level and comes with gas central heating.

• Bedroom 1 comes with a king sized bed (160cm) and en suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 comes with a standard double bed (140cm)
• Bedroom 3 has a double bed (140cm)
• Bedroom 4 has two single beds.
• Large 100m2 living room with central fireplace.
• Well equipped kitchen, with direct access out onto the terrace.
• The games room is located on the lower ground floor and contains a pool table, table football, an English / French library, outdoor games for children and board games for all ages.
• The lower ground floor also contains a a large garage, laundry room, an outbuilding and a workshop.

Outside

• The large covered terrace (60m2)comes with stunning views over the valley down towards the coast. The terrace has a 'plancha' where you can cook up lunch and evening meals. During the evening you can sip a glass of wine on the terrace and enjoy the wonderful sunsets.
• The private swimming pool is 10m x 4m and secured by a gate. The pool is open from mid-May to September. The pool house is equipped with a WC. The pool terrace comes with plenty of sun beds. It will be time to have a drink on the aperitif corner appreciated by our visitors.
• Included in your rental, you have access to a tennis court (5 minutes on foot), which can be reserved the day before.
• There is 3000m of land in all, but as it is in the mountains the land is sloping.

This villa in the Pyrenees is available for long term rentals from October to June. The monthly rental prices do not include the utility bills (approximately €325 per month). Minimum stay is 3 months. Not available during June to September. Prices quoted are based on a 6 month stay.
