This long term rentals apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of an impressive 18th Century apartment building, located close to the Municipal Theatre on Allées Paul Riquet, the central tree-lined Boulevard in Beziers. The apartment features high ceilings with period details and is furnished to a high standard.
The apartment is available for monthly rentals between August and February each year from €950 per month + bills. Minimum stay is 2 months. Higher prices apply for rentals during August and September.

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the apartment buidling. The apartment comes with an elevator and central heating.
You enter into a long corridor, which runs the length of the apartment.
- Immediately to your left there is a small bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.
- Straight ahead, there is a spacious home office (23m2).
As you turn the corner, the corridor widens and provides access to the living room, kitchen, an artist studio and 3 bedrooms.
- The living room is very spacious (44m2) and features the dining room and lounge. The living room comes with beautiful parquet flooring.
- The lounge comes with 2 large leather sofas and an armchair, a flat screen TV, period fireplace and a beautiful decorative ceiling.
- The dining room contains a long table that can seat 6-8 people comfortably.
- The stylish fitted kitchen features a marble worktop and sleek units. There is a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen aslo comes with a small table and chairs.
- The master bedroom comes with a double bed, antique wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and double sinks. There is a separate toilet.
- Bedroom 2 is a large room (17m2) with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. It has nice views out over Allés Paul Riquet.
- Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom (12m2)
- In between the kitchen and Bedroom 3, there is a large artist's studio cum drawing room.

This is a beautiful apartment located on the central Boulevard in Beziers. Allés Paul Riquet is the most photographed street in Beziers and has many pavement cafes and restaurants and is also the location of the weekly flower market in Beziers. Beziers is the most up-and-coming town in the South of France. It has it all - a beach, airport TGV train station, 2 motorways, beautiful historic centre, ancient cathedral and stunning views over the surrounding countryside and river.
A very comfortable apartment for a 6 month winter let in the South of France.

There is much to do in Beziers, strolling along the beautiful alleys of the Old Town and shopping in the small shops. Visit one of the many restaurants, go to the theater or visit Friday´s flower market or Saturday´s antique market. During the summer, the city is buzzing with activities with various festivals and music events.
The Mediterranean coast is a short drive or bus journey away and offers fantastic beaches, ranging from wild beaches in Serignan and Vendres to chic promenades in Grau d´Agde and Valras plage.
Beziers, is the capital of the World´s largest wine regions and most of the local wineries are open to visitors and you can try their wines. A tour of the region´s villages is also recommended. Pezenas which is a fantastic little town with a rich cultural life inspired by Moliere, has a large market every Saturday and a food & wine festival every Friday night during July and August. Pezenas has over 60 antique shops and over 30 restaurants.
Agde is one of France´s oldest cities and lies at the river Herault´s outflow. The town has some nice restaurants and beautiful beaches. Cap Agde has the Mediterranean´s largest marina and there is plenty of activities from water sports to amusement parks and an excellent golf course.

There is a fast TGV train from Paris direct to Beziers, that takes about 4 hours.
Airports
Beziers airport is very easy to get to, direct flights with Ryanair from Bristol, Edinburgh, London Luton, Stansted, Manchester and Stockholm (Skavsta).
Montpellier Airport is 35 kilometers away and has several routes to Sweden and Copenhagen with Norwegian Air and to the UK with Easyjet (Bristol, Gatwick and Luton).
Driving directions
Beziers is well connected to the local motorway network, with both the A75 and A9 motorways joining just west of the town.
