This comfortably furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment complex. The apartment has its own secure parking and a swimming pool.
The apartment consists of an entrance hallway that leads onto the open-plan living room. to the living / dining room with kitchen corner.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker (Senseo), kettle, toaster, microwave, electric stove with oven and of course extensive crockery, cutlery, pans etc.
- In the lounge there is a flat screen TV with DVD player, a leather three-seater sofa and an armchair (both of which can be put into a reclining position).
- The two bedrooms both come with a double bed and there is also a baby cot available. The bathroom comes with bath / shower, wash basin and washing machine. There is a separate toilet.
- There is also storage space with the a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and the iron. The apartment has electric radiators for heating.
Outside: the apartment has a large balcony where you can enjoy a spot of lunch or a glass of wine in the evening. The balcony comes with a table and chairs, and has a view of the neighborhood. In the courtyard of the apartment complex there is a swimming pool that is freely accessible to all residents (open from mid-June to mid-September).
