• The kitchen leads through to the living room, which comes with a feature stone fireplace and high ceilings. The lounge has 2 comfortable leather settees, a TV and WiFi internet. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.
• The dining table can seat 8-10 people. 

On the first floor of this long term rental in Languedoc, there 2 bedrooms.

• The Master bedroom is a large airy room. with double bed, built-in wardrobes. It has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and basin.  This has a door to the hall too so can be used by others if required.  
• Bedroom 2 comes with a double and a single bed.
• There is a bathroom with basin, shower  and toilet. 

On the second floor is a further triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

The large roof terrace has summer kitchen with sink, fridge and BBQ. There is a patio table and chairs, as well as some sun loungers. The terrace is completely private, with no-overlooking neighbours and comes with splendid views over the vineyards.

Long term property rentals in France - prices:

The long term rental prices will depend on length of stay and season. Minimum stay 3 months, utilities not included. Available for long term rentals between September to June. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement (limited to one small dog).

From €1000 per month + bills (for 6 months + rentals)
