Ground floor

The front door opens onto a staircase up to the first floor and a door into the garage.

• The garage provides parking for 2-3 cars or a car and a large van.
• Next to the garage there is a large storage room that provides access out into the garden.

First floor

The main living space is very bright and airy and encompasses a large living, well equipped kitchen, a laundry room, 4th bedroom and access out onto the upper terrace.

• The large living room features 2 large sofas arranged around a coffee table, a large flat screen TV (with internet channels). Two French windows allow plenty of light to flood into the room.
• There is a large dining table with seating for 6-8 people.
• The large kitchen contains a central island and a round breakfast table. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster and microwave. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and there is a good range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
• Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
• Bedroom 4 contains a double bed and a storage/hanging space
• There is a toilet on this floor.
• There is a sitting room with direct access onto the upper terrace.

Second floor

Steps take you up to the second floor where you arrive on the landing, which comes with a large storage cupboard. The landing provides access to the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 is a spacious double bedroom that also comes with a walk-in dressing room. There is a standard double bed and a small sofa.
• Bedroom 2 is another large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and lovely views out over the surrounding hills.
• Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom.
• The bathroom comes with a shower, small bath, double sink unit and a WC.

Outside

• There is an above ground swimming pool (5m x 4m). Next to the pool there is a nice covered terrace with patio furniture.
• The garden comes with a lawn, mature trees and a stone built barbecue.
• On the first floor there is a second terrace with a large table. This is a great space for enjoying the early morning sunshine and a cup of coffee.

La Bonne Vie long term rental - prices

La Bonne Vie is available for long term rentals between September and June (the summer months are normally reserved for weekly rentals). The rental price does not include the utility bills (there is a €250 monthly provision towards the electicity, water, internet and communal taxes).

Long term rentals (September to June): from €1000 per month + bills

12 month rentals maybe considered, although the rental price will be higher to take account of the normal income from summer rentals. The property rents for €1500 per week during July and August.

The Owner would prefer not to accept pets.
