House for long term rental South France - facilities

The accommodation is laid out on one floor (first floor), which is accessed by an external staircase. The house comes with oil central heating and air conditioning.

Ground floor

• There is a huge garage which extends under the whole house. The original oak wine vats (cuves à vin) are still present. The garage provides parking for 2 cars and also has approximately 40m3 of storage space.
• There is a small enclosed garden, mainly laid to lawn.

First floor

You enter into a small entrance lobby, which provides access to the lounge, kitchen and hallway.

• The lounge has a beautiful tiled floor, marble fireplace and original frieze wall decoration. There is a  sofa, armchair and coffee table. The lounge also comes with a day bed.
• The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, small breakfast bar and coffe machine. There is a dining table which can seat 4-6 people. Two sets of French windows provide access out onto the terrace.
• The Master bedroom is located at the front of the house and is a large space. It comes with a double bed, original vintage tiled floor and marble fireplace. There is a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
• Next to the master bedroom, there is a small children's bedroom, which could also be used as a home office or dressing room. The bedroom has doorway access from the hallway and also from the master bedroom.
• Bedroom 3 is a large room with a double bed.
• Bedroom 4 is also a double bedroom. This room provides access to the laundry room (with washing machine and dryer).
• The newly-refurbished bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, stylish wash basin and WC.

Second floor

• There is a large loft space which can provide further storage (up to 50m3).

Outside

• There is a large terrace at the side and rear of the house. This comes with nice views of the village and is a great place to sit out and enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. 

Neffies house for long term rental South France - prices

 Maison Trois is available for long term rentals between September to May. The monthly rental prices do not include the utility bills (there is a monthly provision of €300 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and heating). Minimum stay is 3 months. Pets may be accepted through prir agreement.
