The house is laid out over 4 floors:

Ground floor

• There is a garage in which you can park a small car. The street is narrow, so parkinga medium/large car would be tricky. However, there are plenty of free car parking places just 2-3 minutes from the house.
• The garage comes with a WC and washing machine and dryer.

First floor

• The open plan living room comes with a new kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space.
• There is a café style dining table for four people.
• The lounge has two small 2 seater sofas and a flat screen TV. The living room comes with (reversible) air conditioning.

Second floor

• There are two double bedrooms (one of which can be converted into an office).
• There is also a bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet.

Third floor

• On the top floor there is a good-sized roof terrace with patio furniture. The terrace is not overlooked and comes with hot and cold water, a basin and outside shower, a fridge and expresso machine. This is a great place to spend most of your time.

The monthly rental prices do not inculed the utility bills. There is a monthly provision of €175 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. The minimum stay is 3 months and the Owner would prefer rentals of 12 months. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement of the Owner.
