Le Loft is a large apartment for long term rentals in the centre of the historic town of Pezenas, South France. The apartment comes with a large terrace and is available for rentals of up to 12 months. This extremely spacious open plan apartment has a fitted kitchen, modern bathroom, a dedicated workspace, fast internet connection and secure entry system. The apartment is located in an 18th Century townhouse on the famous Place du Marché Trois Six - where the prices of alcohol in the town used to be set. Every Saturday, the square hosts part of the famous Pezenas market where you can buy fresh produce, herbs, clothing and household goods.

Le Loft is a very spacious open plan apartment, comprising 45m2 of living space. The apartment is located on the second floor of an 18th Century apartment building. There is no elevator access.
- You enter into the open plan living room. The living room has air conditioning (which is reversible for heating and cooling).
- To your left there is a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The apartment has a set of cutlery, plates, cups and glasses, as well as cooking utensils
- There is a dedicated work space and the apartment comes with a fast internet connection.
- The bedroom area comes with a standard sized double bed with bedside tables, 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers
- The lounge area features 2 comfortable armchairs with foot stools, a coffee table and a small flat screen TV.
- The modern bathroom comes with a shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and washing machine
- Steps lead up from the living room to the private terrace
Outside
- The terrace is quite large and encompasses a dining area, a covered seating area and a small summer kitchen with fridge and BBQ. This is a great space to sit out both in the summer and the winter.
- The apartment has a secure entrance with a key pad code and intercom.

Last visited August 2024. If you are looking for a cheap but spacious apartment to rent in the South of france for up to one year, then Le Loft apartment in Pezenas is a great choice. To find a large apartment in the centre of this histroic town with its own terrace is very rare. The apartment is very secure, it has a good Wi-Fi connection and you can easily walk to dozens of restaurants, cafe-bars, shops and services in the town. You can easily live in Pezenas without needing a car - the town is large enough to provide all the services you need and it has good transport connections to Montpellier, Beziers, Agde and the surrounding villages.

The rental is for the entire apartment. The entrance hall and stairs are shared with other apartments. The prices quoted are based on a 12 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to rentals over the summer period and for shorter rentals. Utility bills are payable in addition to the rent.

Pézenas, with its historical center, has many attractions. Here you find dozens of craftsmen and tiny shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, public pool, theatre, festivals all along year, more than 40 antique shops, restaurants, bars...
The sea is just 20 mins drive away and other local attractions include Abbaye de Valmagne, Etang de Thau (salty lake) with oysters production, Natural bird reserve, Canal du Midi, Beach resorts (Vias, Cap d`Agde), beaches, Béziers and Cap d`Agde golf courses, Sète (40 minuts) mediterrean port.
North of Pézenas : vineyard with producers happy to make you discover theirs wines, Salagou Lake, Herault Canyon, country side with walks and bikes tour, Orb canyon, Saint Guilhem le Desert.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in Beziers and Agde. Regular bus services run from Pezenas to both towns.
