Les Jardins is laid out over 3 floors and comprises 110m2 of living space.

Ground floor

• There is a large garage of approximately 50m2, which can comfortably fit several cars.
• There is a laundry room with washing machine.
• There are 2 utility rooms, as well as a single bedroom (for spill-over guests).

First floor

Steps lead up from the garden at the back of the house and to the balcony at the front of the house.

• The fitted kitchen is a good size and comes with a kitchen table. There is an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, large fridge-freezer and plenty of storage.
• The large living room comes with a lounge and dining table. There is a large flat screen TV, large leather sofa and 2 armchairs. The lounge provides access out onto the balcony at the front of the house
• Bedroom 1 is fitted with a double bed, large antique wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• Bedroom 2 comes with a double bed and large wardrobe.
• The bathroom comes with a shower cubicle, wash basin and a WC.
• There is a guest WC on this floor 

Second floor

• The Master bedroom is a large space with a double bed and storage space. There is an en-suite WC with wash basin.

Outside:

• The house comes with a large balcony at the front of the house and a spacious terrace at the rear. The terrace has a patio table and chairs, parasol and outdoor lounge furniture.
• There is a large garden with mature trees and Mediterranean plants. There is a small pond, a workshop and a summer kitchen with barbecue. Under the terrace there is a bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC, as well as an area that can be used as an outdoor gym or shaded seating area.

Les Jardins 12 month long term rentals France - prices

Les Jardins is available for long term rentals of up to 12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €300 towards the electricity, heating, water, Wi-Fi and communal taxes. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement. Minimum stay is usually 6 months.

Long term rentals (September to June): from €1,000 per month + bills

Long term rentals (12 months): from €1,200 per month + bills

Long term rentals (summer months): €2,000 per month + bills
