The cottage is laid out over 3 floors, with a beautiful circular stone staircase connecting all the floors.

Ground floor

• The beautiful lounge comes with stone flag floors, exposed wooden beams and the original stone walls. The lounge has a sofa, 2 armchairs, a wood burning stove and a flat screen TV.
• Bedroom 1 is a very large bedroom with double bed, sitting area and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has air conditioning. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, designer wash basin and WC. The bedroom shares a dressing room with Bedroom 2
• Bedroom 2 has a double bed, large wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The bedroom has air conditioning. 

First floor

• There is a beautiful open plan living room with double height ceiling, and expose stone walls.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. There is plenty of storage space and a full set of plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. The kitchen has a set of patio doors which provide access to the roof terrace.
• The lounge has a large sofa, armchairs, a wood burning stove and a flat screen TV.
• There is a second bathroom on this floor, which is fitted with a bath and overhead shower, WC and wash basin. There is also a washing machine.

Second floor

• There is a bedroom which has a double bed.

Outside

• There is a good size roof terrace with patio table abd chairs, parasol and a barbecue.

Stone cottage for long term rentals South France - prices

This stone cottage in the village of Pouzolles, South France, is available for rent between May to September 2024. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €200 towards the electricty, water and Wi-Fi. The minimum stay is 3 months. The long term rental prices are as follows.

• May: €1000 per month + bills
• June: €1500 per month + bills
• July & August: €2,250 per month + bills
• September: €1500 per month + bills
