La Bastide des Lavandieres is located in the village of Canaules-et-Argentieres, close to both Nimes and Montpellier airports. The Cevennes mountains lie just a few kilometres to the West and the local countryside is planted with vineyards and olive groves. The surrounding villages of Quissac, Suave and Durfort are spectacularly beautiful and no trip to the area could be complete without a visit to the historic towns of Uzès, Anduze and the Pont du Gard Roman.

There is a large shared pool (12m x 6m), a pool house with summer kitchen and barbecue, Jacuzzi, private parking and children’s play area.

- Next to the lounge there is a large dining area with pine table & chairs.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, & electric kettle. There is a washing machine & dryer in communal area of building.
- Patio doors lead out from the living room to a very large balcony (27m2) overlooking the swimming pool and with stunning views of the Cevennes mountains.
- Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed and en suite bathroom (with WC, shower and hand basin).
- Bedroom 2, is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and hand basin. There is also a guest toilet with WC and hand basin. A cot & highchair is available if required.
Outside: there is a lovely large swimming pool, BBQ area, pool bar and boules pitch. Private off-road parking.

One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation (this will become the security deposit for your stay). Rent to be paid in advance on the first day of the month (for rentals of 3 months or less, the rent is to be paid in full prior to arrival). The utility bills are to be paid in addition to the monthly rent. There is a monthly provision of €120 towards the utility bills. References may be required. Minimum stay is normally 3 months. Not available June to August.
