This delightful 3 bed villa for long term rentals in South France is located in a quiet street on the edge of the old harbour town of Marseillan. The centre of the town is just a 5 minute walk and there is a bike path to the sandy beaches at Marseillan Plage. Marseillan has a number of excellent harbour side restaurants, cafes and bars.
The villa comes with 3 bedrooms, a private (above ground) pool, garden, off-road parking and can sleep up to 6 people. The villa has central heating, air conditioning, a wood burner and good Wi-Fi connection.
The villa is available for monthly rentals for 3-12 months from €1200 per month + bills. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement.

The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes away from the centre of Marseillan Village. The villa is laid out all on one level. You enter the villa into a spacious living area:
- The lounge comes with brand new sofas, a stylish suspended wood burner, air conditioning, good Wi-Fi connection and satellite TV with UK channels. There are also games and DVDs for family entertainment.
- The dining area opens onto the kitchen and contains a table which comfortably sits 6 people.
- The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, a large Bosch fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave and plenty of cooking utensils and storage.
- The utility room comes with a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.
- Bedroom 1 is fitted with a Queen size double bed (160cm), a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps.
- Bedroom 2 comes with a double bed (150cm), air conditioning, large built in wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps.
- Bedroom 3 contains two single beds with wooden bedheads, air conditioning, chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps.
- Large family bathroom has a bath, spacious shower cubicle and double hand basins. There is a separate WC.
Outside
- The villa is located in a residential area but there is almost no overlooking views from surrounding houses. There is off-road parking for 2 cars (with electronic gates). There is a videophone entry system from outside the front gates to the interior of the property.
- The pool is raised above ground level and accessed by a wooden ladder that can be removed for small children's safety.
- The terraced garden area located outside the kitchen/living room comes with a dining table and chairs for 6 people. There is a barbecue and a table tennis table available for guests' use. Take advantage of the 4 bicycles stored in the garage to explore the many cycle paths in the area, including down to the beach at Marseillan Plage.

There is a monthly provision of €300 towards the utility bills (electricity, water and internet). Minimum rental period is 3 months. The Owners may accept pets through prior agreement.

This long term rental villa near the beach in South France is located in the popular coastal town of Marseillan. If you are looking to spend a few months by the coast in Southern France, then this comfortable 3 bed villa is an excellent choice.
The beaches are just a short cycle ride away (along a dedicated cycle path) and all the amenities of Marseillan are just a short walk. Marseillan is a popular location for long term monthly rentals, with plenty of life and activity all year around. There is a weekly market, a couple of supermarkets and a dozen or so restaurants to choose from. Just 20 minutes from Beziers airport.

The rental is for the entire property. Any shared facilities are listed in the property description. The prices quoted are based on a 6 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to rentals over the summer period and for shorter rentals. Utility bills and communal taxes are payable in addition to the rent.

Area activities
This villa for long term rentals near the beach in South France is located in the lovely harbour town of Marseillan. You can easily access Marseillan Port with its amazing seafood and other restaurants and enjoy dining out on the restaurant terraces while you watch the little boats sail in and out of the port. Don't forget to visit the Noilly-Prat factory where you can view, taste and buy the famous fortified wines.
The Languedoc is renowned for its shellfish and you do not have to go very far to sample mussels and oysters harvested from the nearby Etang du Thau. A glorious sandy beach is located just three kilometres away at Marseillan Plage but there are many others close by too. Marseillan is an exceptionally pleasant and attractive small town, one of the few remaining unspoilt harbours in the South of France, lying close to the sea but not on it.
There is a local market in Marseillan twice a week. On Tuesday morning Marseillan hosts a traditional market with food, clothing and household goods.
