This French Riviera long term rentals villa has been beautifully designed to be light and spacious inside, as well as providing maximum privacy outside.

Ground floor

The spacious ground floor contains an open plan living room with a stunning kitchen-dining area and comfortable lounge. Both the kitchen and lounge have large large sliding patio doors that lead out onto the lawned gardens, covered terrace and swimming pool area.

• The sleek kitchen is fitted with state-of-the-art appliances.
• The dining area has a long dining table which can seat 8 people.
• There is also a separate TV den on this floor and a guest toilet.
• The Master bedroom is situated downstairs and is fitted with a king size bed, a built-in wardrobe, furniture and double doors leading onto the garden. This room has air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower unit, full-sized bath, washbasin and WC. The bedroom has views up to the village of Chateauneuf.

First floor

• Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor. It has a king size bed, wardrobes and bedroom furniture, as well as double doors leading onto a private balcony with outdoor furniture. This bedroom has air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
• Bedroom 3 has a king size bed (which can be separated into twin beds), a wardrobe, air conditioning and a view overlooking the grounds.
• Bedroom 4 has a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and a view overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a family bathrooms with a large walk-in shower unit, wash basin and WC.

Outside: there is a large (13m x 8m) salt water swimming pool with Roman steps and a contra-flow jet stream for serious swimmers. There is an electric cover and security fencing. The swimming pool can be heated by an electric heat pump for an additional cost. There is a fully-fitted outdoor kitchen with seating, TV, internet etc. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine and full sets of plates, glasses. There is a built-in BBQ and Pizza oven on the dining terrace, making it the perfect place for outdoor meals. The garden was landscaped by a RHS Chelsea Flower Show award-winning garden designer. Incorporated within the garden there is a children´s play area which features a 3-storey play house. The villa comes with its own private parking, connected to a shared driveway of an adjacent property.
