Le Manoir is a grand and spacious country house, laid out over 3 floors.

Ground floor

• There is a grand entrance hall with a wonderful stone staircase with wrought iron railings. The hallway has plenty of space for shoes and coats.
• The beautiful lounge comes with a marble fireplace, L-shaped sofa, 3 seater-sofa, 2 armchairs, large flat screen TV (with +SKY), a DVD player and plenty of DVD’s for any age. The lounge overlooks the landscaped gardens to the front of the manor house.
• The well-equipped kitchen comes with everything you could need to cater for a large group, including a range cooker, 2 dishwashers, large fridge, microwave, 2 kettles, 2 toasters, blender, mixer, scales and ample provision of glasses, crockery, cutlery and utensils.
• Next to the kitchen there is an enormous open-plan dining room with a long table providing seating for up to 30 people. The dining room also has a large wood-burning stove in the impressive marble fireplace.

First and second floors

• There are 16 good-sized bedrooms, most of which come with en-suite bathrooms.
• All the bedrooms are individually decorated in a boutique hotel style. There is air-cooling systems in all rooms.

Basement

• This is a 70m2 entertainment area with a large bar with drinks fridge, huge home cinema with surround sound, dance area with disco lights and a table football.

Outside

• The garden includes many secluded spots with seating & tables or hammock for your own space. Play table tennis or billiards, use the swings, hang out in the BBQ area in the large barn, or sip wine in the courtyard.
• There is a private heated swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The pool has a bromine cleaning system which is kinder to skin than chlorine and meets all safety regulations. The main pool is 1.2m deep to 2.2m.
• The grand old open-sided barn contains a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, giving you great flexibility for your dining needs. The barn provides 80m² of space and the dining area can accommodate up to 30 people. The kitchen comes with a sink, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, 2 gas BBQs, coal BBQ and pool table. It also has a fabulous 8-seater hot tub.
• There is parking on the property for up to 6 vehicles, with further free parking just across the road.
