This spacious 6 bed farmhouse is located on a wooded hillside just outside the village of La Môle. Inside the farmhouse has been refurbished to a high standard. The farmhouse is laid out over 2 floors. The farmhouse has fibre internet and comes with air conditioning and working fireplaces in the 2 sitting rooms.

Ground floor

The farmhouse comes with 2 large sitting rooms, a TV lounge, and open plan kitchen and dining room.

• The main sitting room is elegantly furnished and provides access out to the main terrace at the front of the farmhouse.
• The second smaller sitting room, features a large fireplace and natural flagstone floor. There is a large sofa, 2 armchairs, a small desk and coffee table. 
• There is a TV lounge with satellite television.
• The open plan kitchen and dining room comes with a long table that can seat 10-12 people. French windows open out onto the terrace.
• There is a newly installed modern kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob (with additional induction hotplates), a microwave, American fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, coffee maker and breakfast table.

First floor

• The large Master Bedroom features a King-size four poster bed, a lounge area with desk and sofa, and a door opening onto the upper terrace behind the house. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and wash basin. 
• Bedroom 2 is a very spacious room with a Queen-sized bed.  The bedroom has air conditioning (reversible for heating) and a fitted wardrobe. The bedroom is decorated with antique armchairs and chest of drawers. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
• Bedroom 3 has a standard double bed and a sofa bed which folds out into a single bed. The bedroom has air-conditioning (reversible for heating).The en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and a wash basin.
• Bedroom 4 is another en-suite bedroom. The bedroom comes with a standard sized double bed and has views over the front terrace. French windows open onto the upper terrace at the back of the farmhouse. The bedroom has air-conditioning (reversible for heating).The bathroom has a shower cubicle and wash basin.
• Bedroom 5 is fitted with 2 single beds. The bedroom comes with air conditioning (reversible) and a hanging space for clothes;
• Next to Bedroom 5 there is a bathroom with walk-in shower and wash basin.
• Bedroom 6 is a large bedroom suitable for children. The bedroom has 4 single beds and is fitted with air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and a wash basin.

Outside:

• The large terrace in front of the farmhouse has many seating areas and a large outdoor dining table which can seat up to 16 people. The terrace gets shade from the mature plane trees.
• There is a large swimming pool which has a large sun terrace and pergola.
• There is an upper terrace behind the house, which leads to the back lawn and the forest. The upper terrace has a BBQ area.

Provence farmhouse for long term rentals - prices

The rental prices for Villa St Julien will depend on the duration of your stay and season. The prices quoted are based on a 6 month stay. In addition to the rent, Minimum stay is normally 1 month. For rentals in excess of 3 months, the Owner will provide 2 (successive) rental contracts to cover the rental period, in order to satisfy local tourism regulations.

Long term rentals (October to May): from €9000 per month all inluded.
