The property is laid out all on one level. It has a private entrance. The Owners will ensure that you have all the privacy that you need during your stay.

• The living room is a real entertainment space - with a pinball machine, table football and darts board. The room itself is light and airy and comes with a large corner sofa, bar area (with sink, fridge and washing machine). Patio doors lead out to the front terrace where there is a patio table and chairs
• From the living room, you access the study, which can also be used as a guest bedroom (with sofa bed folding out to form a double bed).

The study leads on to the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

• The bedroom is a large room with a double bed and a dressing area with fill length mirror, a wardrobe and a hanging rail. The bedroom has a set of patio doors which lead out to the garden and the side terrace.
• The kitchen is equipped with a small worktop oven and hotplate, a fridge, coffee machine and plenty of storage space.
• The large bathroom comes with a shower cubicle and double sink unit. There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom.

The property comes with a decent WiFi connection (suitable for Zoom calls, streaming services, etc) and has modern electric radiators for heating in the winter period.

Outside: 

The property is surrounded by a large garden with numerous seating spaces and a large swimming pool. The garden and pool are shared with the Owners. There is private parking for several cars. The property comes with its own private terrace, with a patio table and chairs.

This 2 bed long term rental property can be rented from €550 euros per month, with bills on top. The Owners also offer an all inclusive price of €650 per month. The minimum rental period is 3 months, but the Owners would prefer rental periods in excess of 6months. Higher prices will apply for shorter rentals over the summer months.
