A large 5 bed long term rentals property in South France situated near Beziers and the Languedoc coast. This lovely home is located in the village of Lespignan. The property is available for long term rentals between October and May for €1400 per month + bills. The home comes with its own swimming pool and provides spacious accommodation. Lespignan is situated just 10 minutes from the beach. There are TGV train stations at nearby Beziers and Narbonne.
Pets maybe accepted through prior agreement of the Owners.

- the kitchen is 15m2 in size and very well equipped. It comes with a central island. There is a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of storage space and cooking utensils.
- the spacious lounge comes with leather sofas and a large flat screen TV (with UK channels). 2 sets of French windows allow plenty of light to flood into the room. The lounge is 25m2 in size.

All the local amenities that you will need are within 200m of this quiet and peaceful house. Here you will find restaurants and cafés, a supermarket and newsagent, and an excellent local wine outlet.
Lespignan is 10km from the sea. You can enjoy walking or cycling in the surrounding countryside and vineyards. The nearest beach is at Valras Plage and the quieter beach at Serignan Plage is 15 minutes away. Alternatively, beaches can also be found at Narbonne Plage and Fleury (both 20-25 minutes).
Beziers is an excellent town for shopping, with shops and stores of all sizes, from the Galeries Lafayette department store to small trendy boutiques. The Canal du Midi passes alongside Beziers, just beside the railway station. A couple of the most interesting features of the Canal are located here as well. The Canal River Bridge which carries the Canal over the Orb river was hailed at its time of building (1858) as an Engineering Masterpiece. Also, the Fonseranes Locks, carry the Canal down a steep embankment through 9 locks.
