First floor

Outside
The true selling point of this property is the fantastic choice of 4 private terraces providing the most beautiful views over the Cevennes. Each terrace is set on a different level. The different terraces enable you to follow the sun around the property - from a bit of morning yoga or an evening glass of wine enjoying the sunset.
There is parking available as well as a secure bike shed.

This property can be rented from 3 to 9 months between September and May. Not available for monthly rental over the summer period. The rental rates do not include utility bills. There is a monthly provision of €175 towards the electricity, water and internet. Minimum stay is 3 months.

Last visited: May 2021 if you are looking for true peace and quiet, then this lovely long term rental property in the Cevennes mountains is the ideal location. This place really is the nature lovers paradise. Although you may feel isolated and remote, you are in fact only 1 hour from downtown Montpellier.

Mas de Brouat is located close to the small village of Saint-Julien-de-la-Nef and close to Ganges, Le Vigan and Saint-Hippolyte-du-Fort. The local area boasts some beautiful places to visit such has St-Guilhem-le-Désert, Anduze, Quissac, as well as Mont Aigoual, the highest point in Cevennes and Lozère.
Despite the gite´s rural location, the cosmopolitan city of Montpellier is just 50 mins away and the Mediterranean beaches can be reached in just over an hour.
The nearby Gorges de l´Herault, provides plenty of opportunities for river swimming, fishing, canoeing and caving.
Airports
You can reach Montpellier airport in 1 hour. Further airports can be found at Beziers (1 hour 30 mins) and Nimes 1 hour 25 mins).

Saint-Julien-de-la-Nef is located on the D986 road, 50 mins North-West of Montpellier.
