Mas des Pins is a 4 bed long term rental in South France with a private pool and tennis courts. The rental property is located on the outskirts of Beziers and is just 15 mins from the Mediterranean beaches. Beziers is easy to reach with its own airport, TGV train station and 2 motorways which pass close by.
This long term rental comes with 4 good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, lounge and dining room. Outside there is a newly installed swimming pool, summer kitchen with barbecue, tennis court and large garden. Behind the property there is open countryside with vineyards and olive groves.
Mas des Pins is available for long term rental between October to May from €1200 per month + bills. The Owner will accept pets through prior agreement, although it should be noted that the garden is not enclosed.

The property is laid out all on one floor. You enter into the hallway, which provides access to the lounge, dining room, kitchen and down to the bedrooms. The property comes with Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning.
- The lounge comes with 2 large sofas, 2 armchairs and a flat screen TV.
- The dining room has an antique dining table to seat 8 people.
- The large kitchen is fitted with a table, oven, hob, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer and plenty of storage, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery. Next to the kitchen there is a small utility room with a washing machine.
- Bedroom 1 has a double bed (140cm) and fitted wardrobes.
- Bedroom 2 is fitted with a double bed, antique chest of drawers and vintage wardrobe. This bedroom has air conditioning.
- Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom and comes with windows on 2 sides, making it very light and airy. The bedroom has a double bed and antique wardrobe.
- Bedroom 4 is fitted with twin beds, an antique dressing table and wardrobe. This bedroom has air conditioning.
- Bathroom 1 is located next to bedrooms 1 and 2. It is fitted with a full-size bath, separate shower and wash basin. There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom.
- Bathroom 2 is located next to bedrooms 3 & 4. It comes with a shower, WC and washbasin
Outside
- The private swimming pool is 6m x 3m. The swimming pool is not heated and normally is available for swimming between mid-May and mis-September. Surrounding the pool there is a large sun terrace and a well-equipped summer kitchen (with oven, hob, fridge and plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery). There is a traditional barbecue.
- There is a full sized tennis court with tennis rackets and tennis balls provided.
- There is parking for several cars.
- At the rear of the property there is open countryside with vineyards, olive groves and walking paths that lead down to the Canal du Midi.
Long term rental Beziers South France - prices
The rental prices quoted are based on a 6 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to shorter rental period. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €300 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi, heating fuel and tourist taxes. The property is not available for monthly rentals during the period mid-June to mid-September (the villa is rented for €2500 per week during this period). The minimum rental period is normally 3 months.

Area activities
There is much to do in Beziers, strolling along the beautiful alleys of the Old Town and shopping in the small shops. Visit one of the many restaurants, go to the theater or visit Friday´s flower market or Saturday´s antique market. During the summer, the city is buzzing with activities with various festivals and music events.
The Mediterranean coast is a short drive or bus journey away and offers fantastic beaches, ranging from wild beaches in Serignan and Vendres to chic promenades in Grau d´Agde and Valras plage.
Beziers, is the capital of the World´s largest wine regions and most of the local wineries are open to visitors and you can try their wines. A tour of the region´s villages is also recommended. Pezenas which is a fantastic little town with a rich cultural life inspired by Moliere, has a large market every Saturday and a food & wine festival every Friday night during July and August. Pezenas has over 60 antique shops and over 30 restaurants.
Agde is one of France´s oldest cities and lies at the river Herault´s outflow. The town has some nice restaurants and beautiful beaches. Cap Agde has the Mediterranean´s largest marina and there is plenty of activities from water sports to amusement parks and an excellent golf course.
Other transport
There is a fast TGV train from Paris direct to Beziers, that takes about 4 hours.
Airports
Beziers airport is very easy to get to, direct flights with Ryanair from Bristol, Edinburgh, London Luton, Stansted, Manchester and Stockholm (Skavsta).
Montpellier Airport is 35 kilometers away and has several routes to Sweden and Copenhagen with Norwegian Air and to the UK with Easyjet (Bristol, Gatwick and Luton).
Driving directions
Beziers is well connected to the local motorway network, with both the A75 and A9 motorways joining just west of the town.
