The house is laid out over 2 levels. The main living accommodation is on the first floor, which also provides access out to the terrace and garden.

Ground floor

• The entrance hall has storage space for coats and shoes. The original stone staircase with the vintage terrazo tiling takes you up to the first floor.
• The entrance hall provides access to the large garage. The garage contains the Owners caravan and some belongings, but there is still plenty of storage space. 

First floor

• The hallway provides access to the living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
• The living room is a very large space, encompassing the lounge, dining area and kitchen.
• The lounge comes with a large corner sofa, coffee table and TV.
• The dining table can seat 6-8 people.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.
• Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed and wardrobe. A set of French windows lead out onto the balcony at the front of the house.
