The beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence is just 1 hour away and the stunning Mediterranean coastline around Hyeres and the Golden Islands is just 40 mins drive. Surrounding this cottage in Provence you will find many pretty hilltop villages, Provençal markets and wonderful local vineyards in the Var.
The cottage is available for long term rentals between October to May/June from €1200 per month + bills. Sorry pets are not accepted.

The rental is for the entire property. Any shared facilities are listed in the property description. The prices quoted are based on a 6 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to rentals over the summer period and for shorter rentals. Utility bills and communal taxes are payable in addition to the rent.

Area activities
The lovely local village of Garéoult is located in the Var department, in between Brignoles to the North and Toulon to the South. This part of Provence is known as Provence Verte on account of the many forests, vineyards and shrubland. The Mediterranean coast and beaches are just 30 mins away, with the coastline around Hyères and the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Ile du Levant and Ile d'Hyères), especially beautiful.
Garéoult has a population of around 5,000 people and comes equipped with a couple of supermarkets, boulangeries, florists, hairdressers, a butcher, a primary and secondary school, as well as its own swimming pool. There is also an Olympic pool in Brignoles (20 kms).
Garéoult is located in the heart of the Coteaux en Provence wine appellation, which is known the World over for its Rosé wines. The cottage is actually located on the Château des Chaberts vineyard, which comes with 275 hectares of vines and award-winning wines.
Nearby, you can search out some beautiful places in Provence such as Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, Cotignac, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Saint Tropez and Aix-en-Provence.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station at Aix-en-Provence (1 hour). There is a regular bus service running from Brignoles to Toulon, which passes through the village of Garéoult.

The village of Garéoult is 1 hour from Marseille airport.
Driving directions
The village of Garéoult is just 20 mins from the A8 motorway which runs across Provence and the Cote d'Azur from Marseille to Nice. Toulon is 30 mins and Brignoles and Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume are both 20 mins.
