This 6 bed chalet for long term rent is located close to the French ski resort of La Plagne in the alpine valley of the Tarentaise. This spacious chalet is located in the small village of Montvilliers, which is only 10 minutes from the ski resort La Plagne - Montalbert. The Chalet is within an hours drive of some of the biggest and best ski and snowboard areas in the heart of the French Alps, including: Tignes, Val d'Isere, Les Arc, Courchevel, The Three Valleys and many more.
The Chalet comes with 6 bedrooms (4 en-suite), a well-equipped kitchen and 2 large living areas - one with an open log fire and the other with breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains. The Chalet is available for long term rentals of 6-12 months from €1500 per month + bills.

The Chalet provides 120m2 of living space and is laid out over 3 floors. The house is accessed by a flight of stone steps up to the first floor.
First floor
- There is an entrance hall with boot store.
- The large dining room features an antique table with benches, a wood burning stove, armchair and antique dresser.
- The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The house comes with a set of plates, mugs, cutlery and cooking utensils.
- Next to the kitchen steps take you down to the cosy lounge which has 2 two-seater sofas, coffee table and a TV. French windows lead out to the garden.
Second floor
- Bedroom 1 is fitted with a double bed. The bedroom has stunning mountain views
- Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom
- Bedroom 3 has a double bed
- There is a bathroom with bath (with overhead shower, wash basin and WC).
- There is a shower room with wash basin and WC.
Ground floor
- Bedroom 4 comes with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 5 is a twin bedroom.
- There is a laundry room with WC and basin
Outside
- There is a 16m2 roof terrace with views over the garden. The terrace comes with a large table and chairs.
- There is a 400m2 garden, which is mainly laid to lawn and has mature trees.
- There is plenty of street parking outside.

The Chalet is available for long term rentals from 6-12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €300 towards the electricity, heating, water and Wi-Fi. Minimum stay is 3 months, although longer rental periods preferred. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement.
Long term rentals (May to October): from €1500 per month + bills
Long term rentals (November to April): from €1900 per month + bills
Long term rentals (12 months): €1750 per month + bills

This spacious Chalet close to the French Ski resort of La Plagne offers comfortable accommodation all year around. The Chalet is located on the outskirts of Aime-la-Plagne, which has a good range of supermarkets, restaurants, shops and services. Aime-la-Plagne is located 1 hour 45 mins north-east from Grenoble and 2 hours 30 mins south of Geneva.
Due the external steps up to the first floor and the interior stairs, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
