Ground floor
- There is a large garage, that is shared with the apartment on the second floor. The garage can be used for storing bikes or some belongings.
First floor
You enter into the open-plan living room.
- The fully fitted kitchen comes with a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a kettle, a microwave and washing machine (with integrated dryer). There is plenty of cooking utensils and storage space.
- Next to the kitchen there is a dining area with seating for 4 people.
- The lounge is well-furnished and comes a 2 seater sofa (which can fold out to form a double bed), a TV and coffee tables. A window looks out onto the terrace.
- The bedroom comes with a double bed and has a hanging unit and shelves.
- The modern bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside:
- There is a 12m2 terrace, with patio table and chairs.

This apartment is available for long term rentals from 3 to 12 months. The prices quoted are based on a 6 month off-season stay (October to April). Higher prices may apply to shorter stays (especially over the summer period). In addition to the monthly rent, there is a provision of €200 per month towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. Minimum stay is 3 months.

Last visited: January 2026. This is a beautiful apartment that is full of light and has been furnished to a very high standard. The apartment has everything that you will need for a comfortable stay and comes with high quality linen sheets and luxurious towels. The apartment is centrally located and all the main shops and services can reached on foot within 5 minutes.
Beziers is a great spot to be located in the South of France, with wide avenues, mazy side streets and beautiful town houses. The Mediterranean coast is just 10km away (with a local bus service running throughout the year). Beziers has excellent transport connections, with a local airport, TGV train station and 2 motorways passing the city. Northern Spain can be reached in 1 hour and you can be in Provence in 90 mins, on the Cote d'Azur in 3 hours and in Paris in under 4 hours by train.
One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation. Minimum rental period is 3 months. Rent to be paid in advance at the start of each month. The rent excludes internet, electricity, water and Wi-Fi (there is a monthly provision of €200 towards the utility bills).

Area activities
There is so much to do in Beziers, from strolling along the beautiful alleyways of the Old Town and shopping in the small shops or visiting one of the many restaurants, go to the theater or visit Friday´s flower market or Saturday´s antique market. During the summer, the city is buzzing with activities with various festivals and music events.
The Mediterranean coast is a short drive or bus journey away and offers fantastic beaches, ranging from wild beaches in Serignan and Vendres to chic promenades in Grau d´Agde and Valras plage.
Beziers, is the capital of the World´s largest wine regions and most of the local wineries are open to visitors and you can try their wines. A tour of the region´s villages is also recommended.
Pezenas which is a fantastic little town with a rich cultural life inspired by Moliere, has a large market every Saturday and a food & wine festival every Friday night during July and August. Pezenas has over 60 antique shops and over 30 restaurants.
Agde is one of France´s oldest cities and lies at the river Herault´s outflow. The town has some nice restaurants and beautiful beaches. Cap Agde has the Mediterranean´s largest marina and there is plenty of activities from water sports to amusement parks and an excellent golf course.

There is a fast TGV train from Paris direct to Beziers, that takes about 4 hours.

Beziers airport is very easy to get to, direct flights with Ryanair from Bristol, Edinburgh, London Luton, Stansted, Manchester and Stockholm (Skavsta).
Montpellier Airport is 35 kilometres away and has several routes to Sweden and Copenhagen with Norwegian Air and to the UK with Easyjet (Bristol, Gatwick and Luton).

Beziers is well connected to the local motorway network, with both the A75 and A9 motorways joining just west of the town.
