The property is laid out over 3 floors and provides 80m2 of living space. The house comes with air conditioning (reversible for heat and cooling), as well as Wi-Fi.
Ground floor
There is an entrance hall with storage for a bike. Stairs lead up to the front door and first floor.
First floor
The open plan living room is a very bright and inviting space. The large patio windows out to the terrace, create a real sense of indoor/outdoor living.
- The lounge comes with a large comfortable leather sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV.
- Just off the lounge, there is the main bathroom (with a half-bath with overhead shower) and wash basin. There is a separate WC and a small store room.
- The dining area has a round dining table that can seat 4 people.
- The well equipped kitchen comes with a large gas range cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and Espresso machine. There is plenty of storage and the property comes with a full set of plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Second floor
From the living room a set of open steps lead up to the bedroom.
Outside
- There is a terrace on the first floor which has a patio table and chairs, sun awning and plenty of pot plants that create a real sense of a garden oasis.
- On the top floor there is a further terrace off the bedroom that attracts sun all day long and throughout the year.
- It is possible to drive down the street (cul-de-sac) and offload groceries/shopping. There is free parking just 50m from the house.

Last visited: December 2025. It is rare to find such a rental property in the heart of Pezenas, that is on such a quiet and calm street. The property is just a few steps away from the main street in Pezenas, the location of the popular Saturday market. This long term rental property provides very comfortable accommodation for 12 months, with the added benefit of 2 terraces and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped and overall, the property has a nice 'loft' feel about it.
Due to the open stairs up to the bedroom, this property is not suitable for children and all the different levels make it probably not best suited to pets.
One month´s security deposit. Rent to be paid at the start of each month. There is a monthly provision of €300 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and communal taxes. References maybe required. Minimum stay is 6 months.

Area activities
Pezenas is without doubt, one of the prettiest towns in the south of France. The medieval town centre is a real delight to walk around. Pezenas has an amazing Saturday market, which takes over the whole town. There is a good choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. During the summer, the town holds a weekly food & wine festival (the Estivale), where there are dozens of food stalls and wine growers all selling their wares. This is a great time to have dinner `al fresco` in the main streets of Pezenas seated at one of the long tables available, chatting to locals, watching the world go by, all accompanied by the great jazz band playing in the street.
Pezenas is situated 20km from the nearest Mediterranean beaches, with motorways, airports and TGV stations all within a short distance.
The cities of Beziers, Narbonne, Carcassonne and Montpellier are within easy reach and have a host of cultural, historic and artistic offerings. The area is the biggest wine growing region in France with hundreds of vineyards which gives an added dimension to a little `wine tasting`!
The nearby coastal towns and villages have wonderful fish restaurants and Bouzigues, Sete and Marseillan are all famous for the oysters, mussels and other shell fish farmed and served in the area.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in the towns of Agde and Beziers. A regular bus service runs from Pezenas to both towns.
