- The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine and coffee percolator. There is plenty of storage space and the apartment has a full set of plates, cutlery and cooking utensils.

It is rare to find such a well-equipped apartment in the centre of Nice, in such a calm and relaxed neighbourhood. Apartment Le Rossini is situated in the sought-after Musiciens district, close to the beaches on the Promenade des Anglais and all the sites in the centre of Nice. Surrounding the apartment, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. With the Nice-Ville train station just a short walk away, the apartment is also very handy for journeys throughout the rest of France and for accessing Nice airport.

The Mediterranean city of Nice has been attracting visitors for over 3 centuries. Nice, is the largest city on the French Riviera, with a population of 500,000. Nice is also home to Nice Cote d'Azur Airport, the third-busiest airport in France). Nice is also one of the main railway hubs in the South of France, with trains serving the coastal region and inland to Grasse. The TGV Sud Est service reaches Nice in 5 hrs 30 mins from Paris.
With its broad avenues, wide sweeping bay and golden beach it is not difficult to see why some 3 million people flock to Nice every year. Only Paris rivals it as a tourist attraction. With over 17 museums (including the Matisse museum), the Russian Cathedral and Vieux Nice, there is so much to do and see.
The Musiciens district is located close to avenue Jean-Médecin, in the heart of Nice. The area is known for its beautiful buildings, built in the Haussmann-style and with a few Belle Epoque gems (such as Palais Mozart, Palais Sémiramis and the Palais Sapho). It is a peaceful neighbourhood with designer shops, pavement cafes and tree-lined streets. The district was originally occupied by the main vegetable gardens for Nice, but during the late 1800s and early 19th Century, the area was developed as an elegant residential neighbourhood. The district gets its name from the streets which were named after famous composers such Chopin, Mozart, Debussy, Berlioz and Verdi.
The district is well served by public transport, including the tram network which provides a direct service to Nice airport. On foot, it is easy to reach the sites of central Nice, such as Villa Masséna, the Albert 1er gardens and the Russian Orthodox church, as well as the beaches along the Promenade des Anglais.
Nice is also home to a celebrated Jazz festival that has attracted all the great Jazz musicians of the age including Louis Armstrong, Miles Davies, Charlie Mingus, Dizzy Gillespie and Ella Fitzgerald.
The enormous Nice carnival procession takes place over 15 days during the Mardi Gras. Also, during December, the Nice Christmas market takes over the central Jardin Albert 1er and incorporates an ice rink, a Ferris wheel and a lot of Christmas related food and drink.
