There is a spacious open plan living room with lounge, kitchen and dining area.

- The lovely fitted kitchen comes equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and Espresso machine. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and there is a full set of cutlery, plates, cups and cooking utensils.

First floor
- Bedroom 2 comes with 2 single beds (which can be joined to form a king-size double bed).

This is a very comfortable house to rent on a long term basis in the South of France. The village of Corneilhan is ideally located close to the Mediterranean coast and the popular city of Beziers. The house is very well set-up for winter rentals, with both central heating and air conditioning (reversible for heating).
Due to the stairs, the house is best suited to people with full mobility.
One month's deposit to be paid at the time of reservation (this will become your security deposit during your stay). Rent to be paid in advance prior to the first day of rental. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €250 per month towards the electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi. Sorry pets not accepted. Minimum stay is 2-3 months.

The house is located in the heart of the hiltop village of Corneilhan, 7 km from the popular city of Béziers. Surrounding the village there are vineyards in all directions, part of the renowned Southern French wine region of St-Chinian, Faugères and Roquebrun.
Corneilhan is close to the the Mediterranean coast with lovely beaches at Marseillan, Cap d'Agde and Sérignan plage. The River Orb is also close-by, where you can enjoy white water rafting. The village is also convenient for accessing local sites such as the Canal du Midi, Cathar villages and monuments, the mountains (Mont Caroux, Montagne noire), and lakes (Lac du Salagou). The local area is popular with cyclists and walkers, with many excellent routes. The Pyrenees and Spain are just 1 hour from the village.
Other transport
There is a bus stop (10 mins from the house), where you can catch buses to Beziers city centre as well as the surrounding villages.
There is a TGV train station in Beziers, with services up to Paris, Lyon, Montpellier and Marseille; and down to Perpignan and Barcelona, Spain.
