French farmhouse for long term rentals - Our Opinion
What an amazing place to spend a few months in rural France. The farmhouse provides total peace and tranquillity and comes with all the character features that you would want - exposed stone walls, oak beams, a lovely cosy wood burner, large en-suite bedrooms and that kitchen. I would rent the farmhouse just for the kitchen alone!
Nearby, there are lots of pretty medieval villages and lots of interesting towns and cities to explore, like Cahors, Montauban, Albi and Toulouse. Despite being rural, the farmhouse is surprisingly well-connected to the outside world, with airports in Toulouse and Rodez and the A20 motorway from Paris passing relatively close-by.
