This 4 bed villa in Valbonne, Cote d'Azur villa is available for long term rentals for up to 12 months (including over the summer period). The villa is situated just on the edge of the medieval village of Valbonne, South France, and is walking distance to the town square where you can sample the historic architecture as well as shop, eat and drink from a wide variety of boutiques, restaurants, cafes & bars.
Valbonne is located 25 minutes by car from Nice Airport, 25 minutes to Cannes, 20 minutes to the beaches at Antibes and 45 minutes to Monaco. The International School at Mougins is just a 9 mins drive, as is the Sophia Antipolis technology park.
The villa is available for long term rentals from €4,000 per month + bills.

- Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom
- There is a family bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin.

The villa is located within a good sized plot featuring mature trees, a lawn, a patio and Mediterranean plants. From the patio there are lovely views of Valbonne village and a seductive glimpse of the Mediterranean sea in the distance.

There is a long driveway that can accommodate 3-4 cars.

The Owners would prefer a 12 month rental period, although shorter rental periods maybe considered. The monthly rental prices do not include the utility bills and communal taxes (approximately €500 per month).

Last visited: Sept 2025. This villa in Valbonne is the perfect location for a year long stay in Cote d'Azur. Valbonne is a charming town away from the hustle and bustle on the coast. It provides quick access to Nice airport, Monte Carlo, Cannes and the International School at Mougins and Sophia Antipolis technology park in Biot.

Area activities
The village of Valbonne dates back to 1519, built by Augustin de Grimaldi Bishop of Grasse and is today a key landmark in the region for visitors. During the summer Valbonne is a lively village with many attractions for children. The village boasts a lovely central square with several good restaurants, art shops and a weekly Friday morning market selling local produce. There are several major banks in the village, and a post office. Within a few minutes is a well stocked supermarket in Opio.
There are excellent beaches along the coast at Cannes, Golfe Juan and Juan les Pins all within 20 minutes drive from Valbonne. All the beaches are served with beach front restaurants. Beach activities include; water skiing, jet skiing, scuba diving, sailing.
Among the many places of interest are the nearby villages of Mougins, Biot and St Paul de Vence, all worth a visit. The Gorges du Verdun are nearby, the deepest gorge in Europe as well as Mercantor Park for the hikers and Gourdon village where you can see to Corsica!
Golf there are 10 golf courses within a 7km radius: Victoria Golf Club, Royal Mougins, Saint Donat, Golf Country Club Cannnes Mougins, Club Med Opio En Provence, Golf de la Bastide, Golf Opio Valbonne, Golf Country Club Cannes-Mougins.
Skiing in the winter months you will find several ski resorts within 2 hours drive.
Walking routes include "la brague" which starts 5 minutes from the house and offers an opportunity to walk peacefully alongside the river and under the forest canopy, perfect for morning and evening strolls.
