You enter the property into the main open plan living room (approximately 55m²).

Domaine de La Flotte, is an estate situated on the ´Col de La Flotte´, a wooded hillside where you have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees. This is the definition of rural tranquility. This French rental property is situated just outside the small village of Sonnac-sur-l´Hers, in the Aude department of Languedoc. This is a great location for exploring nearby towns including Mirepoix, Limoux and the medieval fortified town of Carcassonne. Also a superb spot to go skiing at the slopes of Ax les Thermes just an hour away.
In Chalabre, only a 10 minutes drive away, you will find shops, a supermarket, a bank and restaurants. There is a market every Monday morning in Mirepoix (25 minutes drive).
