The villa is located in a quiet lane on the edge of the town. The villa is laid out on one level and has a secure entry system and electric gates.

• The dining area has a large modern dining table with seating for 8-10 people.

• Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine.
• The Master suite comes with air conditioning (reversible) and contains a double bed. Patio doors lead out to a terrace. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. There is also a spacious dressing room.
