This long term rental property is a 17th century stone town house in the centre of Pezenas, one of the most beautiful towns in the South of France. This four storey property is located in the historic centre of the town, with lots of narrow winding streets and beautiful buildings, virtually unchanged for 300 years.
The house comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cellar and large open plan living room. It exudes lots of French character with stone walls, high ceilings and an impressive circular staircase.
Available for long term rentals from 3-12 months from €800 per month + bills.

- You enter from the street into a small lobby which provides access dow to the cellar and up the circular stone staircase to the first floor.

First floor
- You enter into open plan living room which features a modern kitchen, dining table and lounge with TV and wood burner.
- The kitchen has all you need - a full-sized refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher, There is a large stainless steel kitchen island which is perfect for preparing meals or baking.
- There is a dining table can seat 6 people.
Second floor
- Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom contains a Queen sized bed. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and wash basin.
- Bedroom 2 is ideal for children or occasional guests. It features a set of bunk beds, with a double bed on top and a single bed underneath.

Third floor
- There is a very large living room/bedroom on the top floor of the house. This room contains a sitting area with sofas, an armchair and coffee table, a dining table, as well as a double bed. This room is heated by a wood burner. The room can be used as an additional living room, a home office or as a Master bedroom.
Free parking in a number of car parks less than five minutes walk from the house.

This house in Pezenas is ideal for a long term stay in the South of France. Pezenas is one of the most beautiful towns in the South of France. The medieval town centre is a real delight to walk around. Pezenas has an amazing Saturday market, which takes over the whole town. There is a good choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. During the summer, the town holds a weekly food & wine festival (the Estivale), where there are dozens of food stalls and wine growers all selling their wares. This is a great time to have dinner `al fresco` in the main streets of Pezenas seated at one of the long tables available, chatting to locals, watching the world go by, all accompanied by the great jazz band playing in the street.
Pezenas is situated 20km from the nearest Mediterranean beaches, with motorways, airports and TGV stations all within a short distance. The area boasts outstanding natural beauty for walking, cycling, climbing and sailing. The cities of Beziers, Narbonne, Carcassonne and Montpellier are within easy reach and have a host of cultural, historic and artistic offerings. The area is the biggest wine growing region in France with hundreds of vineyards which gives an added dimension to a little `wine tasting`! The nearby coastal towns and villages have wonderful fish restaurants and Bouzigues, Sete and Marseillan are all famous for the oysters, mussels and other shell fish farmed and served in the area.
