The farmhouse is located in the small commune of Bagat-en-Quercy. The town of Cahors is 20 kms to the East and is the capital of the Lot department and renowned for its excellent wines. The local hill-top town of Montcuq features a striking 13th century tower, a swimming lake, tennis courts, swimming pool, restaurants, shops and a small supermarket.
There is a TGV train station in the nearby towns of Montauban and Agen.
The nearest airports are located at Toulouse (90 mins) and Bergerac (90 mins)
Bagat-en-Quercy is located 20 mins West of the A20 motorway which runs down from Paris to Toulouse.
One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation. Rent to be paid in the 1st day of each month. In addition to the rent there is a monthly provision of €350 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and heating. Minimum stay is 3 months. Pets maybe accepted through prior agreement. Higher rates will apply to rentals over the summer period.
