The apartment is located on the top floor of a well-maintained apartment building, with elevator access. Parking is available in the private car park or on the street.
The Cimiez district in Nice is home to a number of museums (Marc Chagall Museum and the Museum of Archaeology), as well as many magnificent palaces and Mansion houses.

- The new kitchen comes with an oven, hob, fridge (with freezer compartment) and plenty of storage space. There is also a breakfast bar. There are French windows which provide access to the balcony.
- The modern bathroom has been newly installed and it comes with a wash basin unit, a walk-in shower and WC. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom.

- The large balcony provides plenty of space. There is a table and chairs.
- The apartment building comes with a car park. Parking spaces are subject to availability. The street outside the apartment provides plenty of parking spaces.
- There is a small storage area located in the basement of the apartment building. This can be used for storing suitcases, boxes, etc.

When you step into this bright and airy apartment it is like entering a brand new apartment. The lovely Owner has completely refurbished the apartment, installing a modern kitchen and bathroom. This spacious furnished apartment is available to rent for 12 month long term rentals at a very good price. The apartment is located in an excellent area of Nice, with bus and tram routes within walking distance. The apartment is just 20 mins walk into the heart of Nice and the Basilica de Notre-Dame. The University of Cote d'Azur campus in Nice is also 20 mins walk.

Area activities
The district of Cimiez, is located on a hill just a few minutes walk from downtown Nice. Cimiez is a popular residential district, with many magnificent palaces (the Winter Palace, the Majestic, the Riviera Palace, the Grand and Petit Palais), Mansion Houses from the Belle Epoque and luxury Bourgeois apartment buildings. Cimiez provides easy access to the centre of Nice and has excellent transport links. It is a safe neighbourhood, with tree lined avenues and plenty of squares and parks.
Ciliez district also houses the Marc Chagall Museum, the Matisse Museum and the Archaeological Museum of Nice. You will also find the Cimiez Monastery (with its impressive rose garden) and cemetery where Henri Matisse is buried.
Cimiez is also home to the National Conservatory, which offers a center for dance, classical music and dramatic arts. The University of Sciences of Nice Sophia-Antipolis and the University of Cote d'Azur are both located in the nearby district of Valrose.
Other transport
There are plenty of local bus routes (including one on the street outside the apartment building). It is an easy walk to a local tram stop.

Nice airport is a 25 mins taxi ride or 45 mins by public transport.
Driving directions
The Cimiez district is located close to the heart of Nice city centre. The central highway that runs east to west through Nice is just 2 mins drive from the apartment.
