Ground floor
- The super-spacious lounge features 2 large sofas, a coffee table, wood burner and an Apero table and stools made out of an oak wine barrel. The room is very light, with 3 large windows drawing in plenty of sunlight. There is a flat screen TV with Netflix, UK and French channels. There is a small dining table in the lounge.
- There is a separate dining space with a large table that can seat 8 people.
- The stylish kitchen has an island with breakfast bar, an American fridge-freezer, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
- There is a small utility room with washing machine.
First floor
- Bedroom 1 is a large room with a King-size double bed and an en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2 comes with a double bed.
- Bedroom 3 features 2 single beds.
The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

This lovely house is ideal if you are looking to be based in a town in the heart of Dordogne. And what better town to be based than Bergerac. It is a very pretty place, with lots of excellent restaurants and shops, an indoor market and plenty of services. Direct from the house you can walk along the banks of the Dordogne river and be within open countryside in 5 minutes.
