The house is laid out over 3 floors. The foundations of the house date back to medieval times. The interior of the house combines traditional style with modern amenities.

First floor

You enter the house up a set of stone steps to the first floor

• The entrance hall provides access up to the second floor and down to the lower ground floor.
• The Master bedroom containes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is also reversible air conditioning.
• There is a bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

Top floor

• In the living room there is a comfortable sofa (which folds out to form a double bed) and a flat screen TV (with many channels and apple box for streaming). There is also internet phone (VOIP) which permits free international calls to land lines. The living room comes with French windows which provide access out onto the terrace. There is also reversible air conditioning.
• The kitchen features an oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses. There is a dining table and 6 chairs.

Lower ground floor

This is the oldest part of the house, dating back centuries and comes with a beautiful double vaulted ceiling.

• Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and beautiful oak doors. This bedroom provides access to Bedroom 3.
• Bedroom 3 comes with with a single bed, bedside cabinet and storage.
• There is a toilet and wash basin on this floor. 

Outside

• There is a lovely terrace with views over the ancient rooftops of the village and towards the surrounding hills. The terrace is shared with the adjoining property. The Owners are happy to make suitable arrangements to ensure that both properties have private access to the terrace at agreed times. The terrace comes with a patio table and chairs.
• Storage is available on request (for suitcases and bikes).

This Provence house is available for long term rentals for between 3-12 months. The monthly rental price does not include the utility bills. There is a monthly provision of €250 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and communal charges.

Long term rentals (October to March): from €1350 per month + bills

Long term rentals (April to June; September): from €1850 per month + bills

12 month rentals: from €1650 per month + bills

Higher prices will apply for rentals during July and August. The house is strictly non-smoking. Minimum stay is 3 months.
