Ground floor

• There is a small entrance hall which provides access to the open plan living room.
• The lounge comes with a sofa, 3 leather armchairs and a large wood burner. There is a set of patio doors which provide access to the garden.
• The dining room comes with a table which can seat 6-8 people. Stairs lead up to the first floor.
• The well-equipped kitchen contains a kitchen table, oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave and plenty of cooking utensils. The house has a full set of plates, cutlery and glasses. A door from the kitchen leads out to the garden.
• Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

First floor

• Bedroom 1 has a double bed and comes with fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC).
• Bedroom 2 comes with 2 single beds.
• The family bathroom has a bath (with overhead shower), wash basin and WC.

Outside

The farmhouse sits on a large plot and the house is surrounded by a large garden on 3 sides, mainly laid to lawn. There is a charcoal BBQ and a patio table, parasol and chairs.

The driveway provides parking for 2 cars.

Alpine farmhouse for long term rentals France - prices

The farmhouse is available for long term rentals of up to 12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €250 (€500 in the winter months) towards the electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi. Firewood to be purchased separately. Minimum stay is 3 months. Higher prices apply to rentals over the winter ski season (December to February). Pets may be accepted through prior agreement (limited to one dog).
