Los Masos is a beautiful large 5 bed property for long term rentals set in a quaint French village close to the lovely town of Prades in Southern France. The house has breath-taking views of the Pyrenees and provides easy access to the Mediterranean beaches surrounding Perpignan.

This stone built property is laid out over 3 floors. The house features a high triple ceiling in the living room, with gallery floors located on the first and second levels.

Ground floor living area:

• The impressive lounge area contains a large U-shaped sofa (which can form 2 double beds), coffee table, antique sideboard, a large fireplace with wood burner, TV and sound system.
• The kitchen features a breakfast bar, oven, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The house comes with a full set of plates, cutlery and cooking utensils.
• Next to the kitchen there is a dining area with a table seating 6-8 people.

Bedrooms and bathrooms:

The house comes with 2 standard bedrooms and 3 open rooms located on the large gallery floors

• The Master bedroom features a large double bed and has access out to the large terrace.
• Bedroom 2 has a standard sized double bed, chest of drawers and armchair.
• Bedroom 3 is located on the first floor gallery. It comes with a Queen-sized bed.
• Bedroom 4 is situated on the second floor gallery. It contains a standard double bed.
• Bedroom 5 comes with a set of bunk beds.
• Bathroom 1 contains a corner bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin. The bathroom also contains the washing machine.

There is a good-sized terrace with amazing mountain views. The terrace comes with a BBQ and patio table and chairs.
