South France villa for long term rent - facilities

The villa is laid out over 2 floors and is set within a large private garden with a swimming pool, large terrace, summer kitchen and first floor balcony. The villa comes with Wi-Fi internet and is heated by the fireplace and reversible air conditioning.

First floor:

• The large open plan living room features an open fireplace, 2 sofas, a sideboard, several lamps and a coffee table. There is Internet, international TV channels. There is an air conditioning unit in the room.
• There is a dining table which can seat 6 people. 
• Stairs lead down to the ground floor and pool area.
• Patio doors lead out onto the balcony with table and chairs and umbrella.
• The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle.
• Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps and a large wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, a bedside cabinet with lamp and a large wardrobe.
• The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin.
• There is a laundry room with washing machine

Lower ground floor:

• There is a large sitting room with a big corner sofa, coffee table and a large wardrobe housing bed linen and bathroom towels. There is also a cupboard for cleaning utensils, iron and ironing board.
• Bedroom 3 comes with a double bed, large fitted wardrobe and two bedside cabinets with lamps.
• Bedroom 4 is a triple room with 2 bunk beds and a single bed. The bedroom comes with a large fitted wardrobe. 
• The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin.

Outside:

• The panoramic views from the first floor balcony are fantastic. The balcony has a patio table & chairs and parasol.
• Good-sized private swimming pool and terrace area with plenty of seating and sun loungers for everyone to enjoy. Please note that the pool is normally closed between October to April, but it can be kept open during the winter for an additional cost. The pool is not heated.
• Next to the pool there is a summer kitchen consisting of brick-built BBQ, sink and fridge. There are also electricity points for hot plate, kettle etc.
• The villa has a long driveway with parking for at least two cars. More parking is available outside on the road.

Villa for long term rent South France - prices

The villa is available for long term rentals between October to April. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €250 towards the utility bills and local taxes. Pets may be considered. Minimum stay is 3 months.
